Subdivisions: Supervision, Promotional and Tourist & Catering Activities, Technical Support and Maintenance, Administration.
The Supervision Subdivision supervises the conduct in the National Park in regard to Environment Protection Act and Ordinance on Order in Kornati National Park. The subdivision undertakes the appropriate administrative procedure and takes the appropriate legal measures against persons who broke the law or the Ordinance.
PROMOTIONAL, TOURIST AND CATERING ACTIVITIES SUBDIVISION:
The Promotional, Tourist and Catering Activities Subdivision deals with tasks connected with the promotion of the Park both home and abroad; organizes and handles the reception, educating, guiding and the transport of visitors in the National Park; organizes and supervises recreational activities; organizes and supervises catering activities; obtains funding through sponsorships and donations; organises professional conferences and symposiums as well as other cultural and educational gatherings.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SUBDIVISION:
The Technical Support and Maintenance Subdivision handles expert and technical tasks dealing with the maintenance of facilities and equipment; the maintenance of boats, vehicles and their equipment, the maintenance of roads and access ways in the National Park under the jurisdiction of the Park itself, as well as other technical work.
